    Job Description Primary job functions include working under a Field Service Superintendent on projects sites and leading a crew onsite with executing tasks assigned by site superintendent. This includes demolition, installation, operating machinery, such as telehandlers and skid steers, and receiving material at job sites. Lead a crew on a project site without the full-time presence of the site superintendent. Additional job responsibilities include perform tank inspections at tank fabrication sites, oversee installations at the project sites where installation work in being performed by a contractor, performing filter inspections, and assisting the Service Engineer and the Process Controls Engineer with equipment (blowers, actuators etc.) setup during project commissioning. Field service work will be mostly mechanical in nature, with some masonry work. Installation and demolition of some low voltage electrical equipment, mostly field instrumentation may also be required. The job requires a lot of diversity across projects. Field travel is required and may exceed 70% of the time depending on project workload. Travel both domestic and foreign is required. The position has the potential for growth within the Service Department and across the company. The Field Service Tech III will report to the Manager of Roberts Services, while reporting to the assigned project superintendent while on a project site. Field Service Technician III Key Job Responsibilities: · Adhere to company the job site safety standards, maintain and update the required safety certifications. · Execute tasks assigned by site superintendent with minimal supervision. · Lead a crew to perform tasks assigned by site superintendent. · Monitor time and task management of crew and optimize performance. · Perform tank inspections and generate inspection reports. · Perform installation supervision where installation work is performed by a contractor. · Perform filter inspections and generate inspection reports. · Ability to perform in a strong team working environment and grow teamwork. · Be able to operate small and medium grade machinery. · Be able to perform in a construction environment. · Ability to work in permitted and non-permitted confined spaces. · Complete ability to read blueprints and understand project scope of work is required. · Expected to be versatile in performing a broad spectrum of tasks across different project sites. Field Service Technician III Skills and Qualifications: · Valid driver's license · Valid passport or ability obtain a valid passport within the first year of employment · Valid Class A CLD is preferred but not required. · High school diploma or equivalent education. · 3 years of construction experience · Complete ability to read blueprints. · Experience in operation and maintenance of equipment such as blowers, pumps and actuators is preferred but not required. · Basic single phase and DC voltage electrical experience is preferred but not required. · Good oral and written communication skills.
