The maintenance technician position is responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the maintenance department. The basic function of this role will be responsible for installation, repair, maintenance, daily and preventative, of piping, pumps, equipment, and other fixed plant assets. Also, person must be able to conduct both hands on and classroom training.
Essential Functions:
Properly lubricates, cleans, and repairs assigned plant/shop equipment as per routine schedule.
Provides a basic assessment of general equipment condition and reports perceived problems to the proper authority.

Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Monitors own work to ensure quality.
