We are seeking an HVAC/R Maintenance Technician to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to keep machines, HVAC/R equipment, fuel hardware, carwashes, and structures in repair in order to reliably serve our customers in Fayette and Meriwether Counties.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC/R units
Repair and maintain major and minor issues with various plumbing, electrical, HVACR and other equipment and buildings
Order and replace broken parts or equipment
Pressure/power wash facilities (including carwash, canopy, columns, restrooms and building)
Perform preventative maintenance on carwashes (refilling chemicals, diagnosing and fixing minor errors, etc.)
Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely fashion; and coordinate outside vendors when necessary
Maintain landscaping
Maintain a clean and a safe workspace
Perform any and all other duties assigned and capable of such as painting, striping, maintaining doors/locks, roofing, replacing ceiling tile, replacing light bulbs, fixing cooler doors, etc.
Qualifications:
HVAC/R proficiency with light plumbing and electrical skills
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
Ability to work independently
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to handle physical workload
Must have own truck and basic tools (will provide gas allowance)

* Ensure stock areas are clean, swept and mopped. Product with appropriate expiration dates and rotated using FIFO.
* Maintain trash, break down boxes and place in appropriate bins.
* Operates dish and or pot machine. Sort and place dishes and utensils on racks to air dry. Push racks with clean dishes to cook?s line and other proper storage areas. Fill plate warmers with clean plates for meal service and push back to patient area for meal service.
* Records dish machine cycle water temperatures, PSI readings, and PPM per department policy and manufacturer guidelines. Notify manager any time dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures.
* Adhere to daily nightly cleaning schedules for cleaning ceiling tiles, ice machine
* Adheres to job conduct, dress, attendance and in-service requirements.
* Change dishwater in dish machine every hour. Wash pots, pans and trays by hand using three compartment sink.
* Cleans cafeteria and kitchen stainless equipment.
* Performs all other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or management
* Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, flatware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine.
* Don clean apron and gloves to assist and serve tray line for meal service.
