Responsibilities
Assist with procedures and provide diagnostic aid by conducting organ or body scans on patients.
Prepare and position patients and select anatomic and technical parameters accurately.
Prepare and administer contrast media and medications within the accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations.

This role in summary
This position will operate and support specific automated equipment related to an assigned area. Each area has machines with industrial computers for monitoring faults, troubleshooting, and overall process operation. The Production Technician will be responsible for keeping the flow of the equipment moving. This includes reacting to faults and jam ups that cause production stoppages and inspections/gaging. Responding to/resetting of faults and machine stoppages and clearing of jam ups is required. Understanding the fault lights is a must.
The Technician is responsible for part inspection, part quality and documenting information.
Lubrication and inspection of various stations, pallets, components, etc. is required.
Identify and escalate safety, quality and nonstandard process related issues.
Technician will work closely with AST support personnel by highlighting any repeat issues or concerns.
Technician will work with department supervision on changeovers, PM/AM planning and customer service. AM/PM activity will require a different break schedule at times.
Operate basic hand tools.
Complete all required paperwork, quality records, documents, etc.
Minimum requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
Must pass Production Tech test
Must acquire and maintain LOTO authorization after hire

*Responsibilities*
* Start up and commissioning of Ammonia refrigeration systems.
* Install, maintain, and repair ammonia refrigeration systems and components.
* Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues effectively.
* Tests, maintains, and evaluates equipment performance using instruments such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, pyrometers, and pressure gauges. Tests and calibrates HVAC equipment.
* Monitors system performance and determines when system is not operating correctly.

*Requirements*
* Minimum 3 years combined Industrial Refrigeration and/or Industrial Maintenance experience with a minimum of 2 years of employment experience in industrial ammonia refrigeration.
* Completion of RETA Operator 1 preferred course. In lieu of RETA course - successful completion of industry recognized Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration training program, equivalent in scope will be considered.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various refrigeration systems.
* Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals.
* Ability to use diagnostic tools, including ohmmeters and pressure gauges.
* Proficiency troubleshooting and repairs with differing control systems Opto 22/ Schneider Electric/Allen Bradley/SCADA/ etc.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Required to be trained in HAZMAT, and any assigned Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration and maintenance courses.
* Fully competent to a high degree in mechanical knowledge
* CARO and CIRO certification preferred.
