Job Description This is a Computer Field Technician Position doing hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. To be successful in this position, you must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware. Job Details: This is a 1099/per call position Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed. Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered. Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you. You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day. You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day. You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day. The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you. You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial) You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided. Required education / experience: * Technical or trade school certification or additional work experience in related field. * Prefer at least 2 years of experience in gas compression with preference to CAT, Ariel and/or cummins certifications and experience. Depending on the equipment assigned, this role may maintain large or small horsepower units, gas lift or traditional compression units along with other related equipment associated with our business. * Valid driver's license with a Motor Vehicle Record history acceptable to USA Compression. * Solid professional communication/interface skills with customer field personnel, onsite vendors, and other employees. This role is often the USAC position with the most customer interaction. Excellent customer service and positive communication skills are critical to the success in the FST role. * Ability to be self-managed and work independently with little or no supervision. * High degree of mechanical ability. * Experience reading and understanding technical manuals. * Capable of safely driving commercial size truck * Experience in configuring natural gas compression equipment. * Ability and flexibility to work extended hours including periodic on-call weekends. * Ability to understand written and verbal communication from the company and supervisor including training, procedures, instructions, etc. * Applicant must have the ability to legally work in the U.S. Working Conditions: * Typically, an FST's work day consists of driving a USA Compression service vehicle to customer locations to perform repair and maintenance activities. * Periodic lifting requirements in excess of 50 lbs. * Ability to stand and walk on uneven and varied terrain, climb ladders and stairs; and stoop, squat, kneel, crouch and crawl depending on the task requirements. * Exposure to extremes in temperature and weather conditions depending upon assigned location. * Some exposure to high noise levels in excess of 85dBA that require ear protection, as well as exposure to potentially hazardous chemicals and materials. * Working conditions in natural gas compression vary from one job site to another. Some job sites are indoors in compressor stations while other sites are outside, exposed to a variety of weather conditions. * There is a strong emphasis on safety while working with heavy equipment and machinery.

TITLE: Operations Technician- Shelby This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of natural gas pipeline systems to include gathering/residue pipelines, operating compression, dehydration, control systems, electrical generation, and some plant facilities. Presents a positive and professional image to customers, vendors, employees, and the public. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Assumes the responsibility of operating pipelines and associated equipment such as dehydrators, treating equipment, fluid separating equipment, valves, gas/liquid measurement equipment, pumps, etc. Operating the equipment and system may include, but is not limited to: · Pigging and/or directing activities to pig pipelines used for natural gas, condensate and produced water gathering. · Start-up/shutdown of equipment. · Adjusting controls to bring equipment into recommended or prescribed operating ranges. · Visually inspecting equipment and controls at periodic intervals to detect malfunctions or need for repair, adjustment, or lubrication. · De-pressuring equipment and pipelines. · Purging/pressurizing equipment and pipelines. · Performing pipeline patrols. · Performing gas leakage surveys. · Locating and marking underground pipelines and monitor construction activity along the ROW. · Operating valves. 2. Implements safe work practices and a proactive safety culture while ensuring safety for the employee, the public, and the environment at all times. 3. Keeps Gas Control advised of any operational changes to the pipeline or equipment, as well as any safety related conditions. 4. Ensures regulatory compliance and record keeping requirements are met and continually monitored. The regulations include but are not limited to the Department of Transportation, Railroad Commission, and Operator Qualification plans. 5. Reads, monitors, and records various conditions such as pressures, temperatures, hours of operation, fuel consumed, water levels, and monitors gauges. 6. Performs minor maintenance on equipment, including but not limited to, dehydrators, fluid separating equipment, valves, pumps, etc. Performing minor maintenance on the equipment and system may also include, but is not limited to: · Monitoring, removing, and replacing filters, oil, chemicals, and other lubricating fluids as needed. · Remove and replace gaskets as needed. · Remove and replace valves if necessary. · Install plugs as necessary. · Change gauges. · Maintain sites in clean condition including picking up trash, taking out trash, controlling weeds, minor painting, etc. · Clean out sight glasses as necessary. · Change out suction/discharge valves on compressors. · Change out light bulbs or fuses. 7. Continually meeting the demands and improving upon the needs of our customers. 8. Establishes and maintains a near perfect driving record. 9. Directs and supervises contract labor involved in pipeline maintenance activities. 10. Collaborates well with direct supervisor on new and improved ideas associated with an always changing pipeline system. 11. Establish and maintain professional, effective working relationships with co-workers, subordinates (if any) and company officers and managers, clients, vendors, and suppliers. 12. Road Technician Classification Non-Exempt The primary responsibility of the Road Technician position is to determine the status of service needed for various heavy machinery and/or machinery equipment. Technician will perform the necessary service, preventative maintenance, repairs, replacements and installations or re-building of parts to restore the equipment to proper operation. Essential Functions Provide troubleshooting and after-sale support to ensure timely resolution to customer issues. Diagnose hydraulic and electrical issues affecting the performance of the machine control system. Properly install and update equipment, check cables and connections to the hardware. Provide technical guidance, pre-sale application analysis, product specification and customer demonstrations for Trimble products. Diagnostics and Equipment Repair.
