Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
· Performs mid to expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance. · Troubleshoots and analyzes control systems to resolve software/ hardware and configuration problems.
· Utilizes predictive maintenance technologies to collect equipment performance data.
· Provides assistance to lower-level technicians and leadership to small teams. Performs more advanced functions as part of training and development.
· Completes on-the-job and technical self-study programs for career development.
· Follows all safety-related policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions, and guidelines. Situational awareness and identify unsafe behaviors and conditions.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Behaviors Required:
· High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
· Associate's degree with a Technical focus and 3 years of related experience in general industry; or 5 years of related experience in general industry, or successful completion of the ATS Technician Progression Program.
· Understands electrical, mechanical, fluid power, and control systems. Can analyze problems and perform repairs.
· Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate

Primary Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair Bobcat Tier 4 & Stage V diesel engines (D24, D34, D38, D42, etc.)
Full hydraulic system service high-flow, load-sense, pilot controls, auxiliary circuits
Advanced electrical & CANbus diagnostics using Bobcat Service Analyzer and laptop software
Pneumatic systems on applicable models
Overhaul and calibrate joysticks, EH controls, ride control, and self-leveling systems

Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Under close supervision, performs activities related to water and wastewater system maintenance, including water quality and water supply.
• Inspects, installs, repairs, replaces, tests and certifies water mains, water services, water meters, fire hydrants, backflow protection devices and other related water system assets.
• Inspects, installs, repairs, and replaces sewer lines, lateral cleanouts, manholes, collection mains; operates video equipment on sewer lines to determine system deficiencies and other related wastewater system assets.
• Inspects sewer lift stations; ensures SCADA alarms are communicating properly; conducts visual inspections of wet wells and pump cycling and float conditions.
• Responds to Service Orders related to line locations.
Marks water and wastewater infrastructure, as well as subsidiary owned electric lines near pump stations and their respective emergency generator assemblies.
• Performs customer support activity.
Interacts with the public in a professional manner.
• Notifies customers of scheduled and emergency outages.
• Develops skills and becomes proficient at interpreting technical and operational documents, manuals, blueprints, system maps, construction specs and standards.
• Reads meters manually and/or using automated equipment.
• Responds quickly and accurately to service requests.
• May operate heavy machinery, including dump truck, Vactor truck, bush-hog and right-of-way clearing equipment and backhoe, as well as other related equipment, in performing skilled and semiskilled duties for water and wastewater system maintenance.
• Performs basic preventive maintenance of heavy machinery; greasing, fluid level checks, pre-trip inspections, etc.
• May be required to analyze and evaluate pump equipment operation, troubleshoot malfunctions, and monitor water supply and wastewater operations.
• May be required to execute System Flushing Program, Cross-connection Program, Spill Response Program, and Preventative Maintenance Program, as directed.
• Timely completes work orders, forms, records, and other associated paperwork both manually and digitally.
• May be required to operate leak detection equipment and analyze data to complete assigned duties.
• May perform routine sampling of both water and wastewater supply and wastewater systems.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED POSITION SKILLS: • Must possess knowledge and comprehension of safety practices for general construction and handling of all materials used in water and wastewater system operations, to include liquid and gaseous chemicals, as well as hazardous solids, confined space entry, competent excavation, electrical safety, etc.

• Ascertains general knowledge of water and wastewater system operations, control settings, and plant/lift station operations.
• Communication skills including demonstrated fluency with reading, writing, and speaking the English language.

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain state required water and/or wastewater training permits within 90 days if applicable.
• Must possess and keep current a valid Driver's License issued by the state where employed.
• Must be able to obtain applicable Commercial Driver's Permit issued by the state where employed within six months and applicable Commercial Driver's License within one year of hire date and keep current thereafter.
• Must take and pass Federal OSHA, US Army Corps of Engineers, and/or State Mandated Safety training, with annual refresher courses, as required by the associated regulations for this position.
Such training will be provided by the Company and compliance is mandatory.
