This role supports mechanics and operators by maintaining proper fluid levels, performing preventative maintenance tasks, and identifying potential issues before they become major repairs.
Key Responsibilities
Fuel, grease, and service heavy equipment daily in compliance with company standards.
Inspect and maintain fluid levels (engine oil, coolant, hydraulic oil, transmission fluid, etc.).
Perform routine inspections to identify leaks, loose parts, and visible wear.
Operate lube/fuel truck safely and efficiently to service equipment across job sites.
Track and log service records for all equipment maintained.
Report any mechanical or safety issues to mechanics and supervisors immediately.
Assist mechanics with minor repairs and preventive maintenance as needed.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and company regulations.
Keep equipment and fueling areas clean and organized.
Preventive Maintenance
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance services including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication of moving parts.
Inspect belts, hoses, batteries, and hydraulic systems for signs of wear.
Maintain preventive maintenance logs and report all findings to the equipment manager.
Coordinate with mechanics to schedule equipment downtime for preventive maintenance.
Ensure preventive maintenance is completed on time with minimal equipment downtime.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years' experience in heavy equipment fueling, oiling, or related field.
Valid CDL with hazmat/tanker endorsement preferred.
Knowledge of heavy equipment lubrication requirements and service practices.
Ability to operate service trucks and fueling equipment safely.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Physical ability to climb, lift, and work outdoors in all conditions.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Field Technician to perform site surveys and telecommunications installations for MDU (Multi-Dwelling Unit) properties. Site surveys will require accessing MDUs and documenting information about the building that will determine build requirements. The installations will involve mounting rooftop radio antennas, running Ethernet and coax cables, and installing and turning up telecommunications equipment at various MDU locations. Safety training will be provided and required for the job.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed site surveys to access building physical layout, condition, cable type and line of site from MDU to serving wireless donor (tower or building).
Evaluate structural integrity and suitability for installing telecommunications equipment and associated cabling.
Collect and document all survey information for communication and direction with engineering team.
Ensure all materials and tools are inventoried and prepared for each installation job.
Installation of wireless radio equipment on roof tops along with associated cabling will be required. Access will be with ladders, mechanical lifts, or via roof top hatches or doors depending on the MDU type.
Installation of telecommunications equipment inside MDU communications rooms may require wall mounted backboards as well as wall mounted equipment and associated cabling.
Use of construction tools such as ladders, saws, drills, cable crimpers, and other hand tools will be required as well as use of a company provided laptop computer and signal testing devices.
After the installation of all equipment and cabling, antenna alignment and signal testing will be required with test equipment and laptop computer.
Prepare and submit comprehensive job reports.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies during on-site activities.
Maintain clear, effective, and professional communication with property managers, tenants, and internal teams.
This position requires daily travel to the job sites with a company-provided vehicle.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a technical field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in field installation, operations, telecommunications, or a related technical field.
Previous construction experience and electrical apprentice experience is highly desired.
Knowledge of fixed wireless and cable technologies is a plus.
Experience with site survey tools, cable installation tools and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret building schematics and architectural drawings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Must be able to use laptop computer with MS office tools.
Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Able to travel to various sites as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Able to stand, walk, and climb ladders for extended periods.
Work Environment:
Fieldwork will be conducted in various MDU settings, which may include both indoor and outdoor environments.

? Perform scheduled and unscheduled service activities including emergency service calls, preventative maintenance, surveys, and installations.
? Maintains service area and vehicle in a clean and organized condition. Follows company guidelines on safety and operates vehicle in a safe manner.
? Completes weekly Driver Report and follows guidelines in the Fleet Manual.
? Follows all safety standards and policies set by manufacturers and company.

Qualifications
? High School Diploma or GED required
? Solid understanding in repairing small electrical appliances.
? Must be willing to learn how to connect equipment to water sources, add additional lines and drainage when vital.
? Must be willing to learn how to work with copper, braided and pex lines. This skill is normally developed through six months to one year of experience in the equipment service operations or through vocational training.
? The ability to read and write in English is required.
? Must also possess effective communication and customer service skills.
? Incumbent must have an acceptable driving record and a qualified driver?s license.
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking & standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
