These fellowships include up to six months of on-the-job industry training for eligible service members. Must-haves:

The Field Service department is looking for a highly motivated and talented Technician to provide quality service and repair of complex MX-20/25 airborne surveillance turrets. The FSR will provide full-time technical support and interface with a dedicated strategic customer. This field support will occur directly onsite with this customer at their facility at Hurlburt AFB, Florida. Additionally, the FSR may also be required to deploy internationally to work assignments overseas at remote locations around the world on an "on call" basis. These overseas deployments could include hazardous conflict regions. Fairway Management's Maintenance Techs are essential to the health of our properties as they turn units, preform preventative maintenance, and complete work orders for residents. This is a dynamic role where problem solving, efficient use of time, and a focus on being cost effective are key. A non-extensive list of maintenance skills used in this role include drywall repair, painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, general building maintenance & etc.
Essential Functions:
Complete daily resident work orders .
Be available for on call after hours.
Must have applicable maintenance tools.
Conduct unit turns in a timely manner including painting, carpet cleaning, and general unit cleaning as needed.
Preform quarterly preventative maintenance checks.
Must be able to lift up to 55lbs.
Must be able to work in enclosed spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.
Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
Must be willing to assist neighboring properties in maintenance tasks.
Must be able to pick up supplies from area vendors as needed while legally operating a registered and properly insured vehicle.
Travel to, and participate in, both regional and corporate training and/or conferences as required.
Be alert to any emergencies, suspicious persons or events and notify appropriate staff.

Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications (Required): • 1 Year of verifiable experience operating a Class B commercial motor vehicle • Must be able to read, write, understand and speak the English language. • Ability to operate in adverse weather conditions, including off road. • Ability to abide by all DOT rules and regulations. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, manuals and reports. • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, regulatory agencies or members of the business community. • Consistently demonstrates cooperative, team-oriented behavior. • Safety conscious and understand safe work practices for operating in the oil and gas field and on the road. • Maintain cleanliness and perform minor maintenance on equipment as well as ensure equipment is mechanically sound and in good working order at all times and report deficiencies to maintenance staff.

Job Summary:
Duties include focusing on Pinnacle Propane's core values of Safety, Integrity, and Customer Service. Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations pertaining to the storage, installation, delivery, and usage of all products that Pinnacle Propane supplies. Operate within the Policy and Procedures outlined in Pinnacle Propane employee and operation manuals. This position will report to the Branch Manager.
Essential Job Functions:
• Set, Repair, Maintain tanks and cylinders
• Install service lines to house, equipment, or building in accordance with Federal, State, Local regulations
• Ensure that Company and Government Safety, policy and regulatory standards are met and maintained
• Perform leak test and gas checks at customer sites
• Operate service/company vehicles in accordance with company and government regulations
• Maintain service/company vehicles by reviewing maintenance record, perform pre and post trip inspections. Secure vehicles and equipment consistent with company security instructions and policy
• Troubleshoot propane systems and propane appliances for any problems
• Convert gas appliances
• Perform repairs and adjustments on propane equipment
• During daily interaction with customers communicate clearly and effectively to convey information to new and existing customers
• Maintain a professional image and superior customer service
• Deliver propane gas and/or refined fuels as required
• Work a flexible schedule with after-hours and emergency callouts
• Communicate with supervisor of any issues that might impact safety, customer satisfaction, productivity, and other established goals and standards
• Prepare, complete, process, and maintain work orders and/or all job-related documentation
• Operate and maintain handheld truck computer and equipment
• Ability to lift, carry, push or drag hoses and equipment up to 60lbs
• Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications (
Required
):
• 1 Year of verifiable experience operating a Class B commercial motor vehicle
• Must be able to read, write, understand and speak the English language.
• Ability to operate in adverse weather conditions, including off road.
• Ability to abide by all DOT rules and regulations.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, manuals and reports.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, regulatory agencies or members of the business community.
• Consistently demonstrates cooperative, team-oriented behavior.
• Safety conscious and understand safe work practices for operating in the oil and gas field and on the road.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform minor maintenance on equipment as well as ensure equipment is mechanically sound and in good working order at all times and report deficiencies to maintenance staff.

• No more than 1 preventable/at-fault accident in the last 3 years, 2 in the last 5 years
• No DUI, reckless driving, hit & run, suspended licenses, etc. in the past 5 years

Position is specialized work involving the application of semi-skilled tasks to the operation of light to medium sized equipment in the maintenance and operation of the regional airport. It is required to be on a rotating on-call schedule for after hours during the week, as well as weekends and holidays due to weather emergencies, events or other circumstances in which all staff will need to be on hand.
This position has been classified as a safety sensitive position and is subject to our drug testing policy to include pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion and post-accident for the following prohibited substances: marijuana, amphetamines, opioids, phencyclidine (PCP), and cocaine, as well as any drug not approved for medical use by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration or the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
* Performs general work involved in the maintenance and operations of the municipal airport. Performs preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment and vehicles used in the performance of duties. Mows grass, controls weeds, landscape, and maintain areas around facilities, runways and fields using a tractor and shredder. Effectively and safely uses herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizers in proper maintenance of grounds. Operates small equipment such as forklift, bucket truck, runway sweeper, snowplow, and asphalt repair equipment to maintain and repair runways, taxiways, and aircraft parking aprons. Performs janitorial duties in and around the main Terminal Building. This includes the operation of a buffer, mopping, window washing, and the general upkeep of the restrooms and facility. Maintains and performs minor electrical, plumbing, sewer, and structural repairs to airport terminal, hangars, and related buildings. Provides airport security. Inspects and repair any breaches in the perimeter fence or gates. Monitors traffic on airside as it relates to the airport rules & regulations. Communicates with pilots and FAA Flight Service both by radio and telephone. Maintains airfield lighting including runway and taxiway lights and terminal beacon replacing lamps and making minor electrical repairs. Monitors proper function of NAVAID. Performs preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment and vehicles used in the performance of duties. Maintains a water system in compliance with state regulations.

Working Conditions
Work typically performed outdoors at airport sites and facilities. Regular attendance is an essential function of this job to ensure continuity of services. Occasional work beyond normal business hours. Required to work on slippery or uneven surfaces, airborne particles, potentially toxic and/or caustic chemicals, and extreme temperatures, work around traffic. Use of safety shoes, glasses and other equipment is required. Position is subject to drug testing and regular driver's license monitoring in accordance with applicable State and Federal regulations and City of Clovis policies.
