We are hiring for a full time Rental Manager position at our Cleveland East 30th location. The ideal candidate must be good at problem solving, handling technical issues, multitasking and coordinating logistics. Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee and manage customer contacts, develop and maintain strong customer relationships Manage day to day activities including management of rental staff Maintenance of equipment, includes routine testing, problem diagnosis and troubleshooting Have a consultative approach to determine customers rental and sales needs Provide strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Develop a detailed understanding of rental products and services Strong desire to learn and train the rental staff Requirements Education High School Diploma Secondary education a plus photo, Cinema, digital focus preferred Qualifications 5 + years of previous experience in related fields of photography or video commercial studio experiences a plus Knowledge of photography, video a must Skills Excellent oral and communication skills Strong management skills Great analytical skills Great leadership ability Solves problems effectively Well organized Ability to think, work independently and meet necessary deadlines Position Type Full-Time Benefits Dodd Camera offers benefits that includes paid vacation, 401K, and medical insurance.
