Required Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree
* 10+ years in strategic procurement, category management or dairy ingredient sourcing within a Dairy-core organization.
* Deep domain expertise in milk supply chains, including technologies, dairy economics and supplier landscapes.
* Strong experience negotiating complex contracts and building multi-tier supply partnerships.
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders in matrixed environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
