Job Overview
The Sales Trainee position is a foundational role designed to provide hands-on experience in sales, account management, and customer relationship building. Job Overview
The Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist is critical support to the POD Model in the One Tier Sales Strategy in a flexible, 24/7 operation. The need for this role is heightened by the Future of Operations move of Dollar General and some independent groceries from Small Store to the Large Store channel. The Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist will provide vacation coverage to the Bulk Account Merchandiser and Merchandiser, may be the first call point for late PM/early AM weekends ensuring proper route coverage, and acting as liaison between the customer, merchandiser and driver for order refusals, and inventory overload. The BAM Specialist may execute weekend operational plans with minimal and additional influence on changes to the strategy. The BAM Specialist will keep the DSM apprised as appropriate.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs. Provides vacation coverage to the Bulk Account Merchandiser and POD Merchandiser.
* Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-set routes and generates sales orders based on the assigned delivery frequency for each customer to ensure the day-to-day success of the operation and directly contribute to the financial performance of the company in terms of revenue, volume, and gross profit.
* Executes applicable promotions and new products based on target lists, monthly Look of Success (LOS) initiatives, marketing promotions, Point-Of-Sale, and commercial plans to ensure excellence in RED (Right Execution Daily) scores for assigned customers.
* Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor, arranging the return of empty pallets and shells, damaged and out of date product to the branch.
* Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials on display and shelves where permitted. Rotates product. Fills and merchandises Fastlane merchandisers and vendors; checks vendor to ensure proper operation.
* Fosters business relationship with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests, proactive pricing, special programs, new opportunities, and upcoming activities discussion.
* Identifies and communicates any competitive issues or market activities that could impact the business (i.e., pricing, new packaging, change in business strategy, etc.) and executes all job duties in a safe working manner.
* May be the first call point for late PM/early AM weekends ensuring proper route coverage, and acting as liaison between the customer, merchandiser and driver for order refusals, and inventory overload.

+ Negotiate favorable lease terms through facility improvement allowances, rent reductions, additional Options, language adjustments or improvements/additions to the facility etc.
+ Manage the renewal pipeline to ensure adequate lease terms for stores while achieving annual savings.
+ Manage the lease exit strategy and negotiation on all closed or vacant store buildings to reduce financial exposure and create revenue via store disposition.
+ Partner with Merchandizing to tie the Fusion remodel decision into the portfolio renewal process, to ensure we are reinvesting in the right locations.
+ Partner with the New Store Real Estate Directors on relocation opportunities and ensure there is adequate lease term to cover the entire the relocation process.
+ Complete and prepare real estate packages for presentation to Real Estate Committee to ensure timely approval for lease extensions, expansions, store remodeling, and lease improvement.
+ Coordinate with legal on all documents for lease extensions and lease modifications.
+ Manage outside consultants and internal business partners to lease, sublease, or return to landlords unused store space to reduce expenses and/or create revenue.
+ Manage external business partners to facilitate lease renewal negotiations.
+ Track status and provide reporting on existing store locations, lease renewals, expansions and remodels.
+ Partner with RE Systems team to transition the Renewal process from Excel into project management software.
+ Work with 3rd party brokers to manage Sale Lease Back Process
**Required Qualifications**
Experience: 5+ years of experience in retail leasing. Retail experience is preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

Job Overview
The Sr. Director, Food Service On‑Premise (FSOP) leads Consolidated's FSOP sales and execution across commercial and non‑commercial on‑premise channels (e.g., restaurants, colleges & universities, workplaces/micro‑markets, healthcare, travel & leisure) in the assigned Region. This leader owns their respective Region's annual FSOP business plan-price/package/trade strategy, customer development, contract negotiation, execution excellence, and P&L performance-driving profitable growth, share, incidence, and revenue while elevating our "Look of Success" in‑outlet. The role partners closely with bottler operations, Customer Development, Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Marketing, Sales Operations, The Customer Connection Hub, Product Supply, and The Coca‑Cola Company's Foodservice & On‑Premise teams.
This role requires a visionary leader with proven success in sales capability building, commercial execution, and talent development. The individual must demonstrate strong strategic thinking, a deep understanding of sales processes, and the ability to influence and inspire leaders and frontline teams alike.
Duties & Responsibilities
Strategy and Business Planning
* Shared ownership and collaboration with the RGM/Commercial teams of the FSOP annual commercial plan: define channel strategies, set volume/revenue/DNGP targets, and align price/package/trade, brand mix, and equipment placement to customer needs.
* Lead portfolio, price/package, and trade investment decisions to maximize incidence, value share, and outlet execution; steward monthly/quarterly performance and re plan as needed.
* Translate on premise consumer and operator insights (e.g., micro markets, convenience, healthful offerings) into differentiated solutions and programs.
Customer Development & Execution
* Oversee acquisition, retention, and expansion of FSOP key accounts, regional chains and prestige independents); set negotiation strategy and approve contracts and renewals.
* Ensure "Look of Success" standards, right brand/package mix, merchandising, and equipment deployment to drive transactions and beverage incidence across outlets.
* Partner with field sales leaders to deliver promotional calendars, display commitments, and post‑promotion analysis that improve ROI and program quality.
Commercial Enablement
* Commercial Enablement
Collaborate with The Customer Connection HUB, Marketing, Category, and Revenue Growth Management to ensure sales teams have the right insights, tools, and messaging to win in the marketplace.
* Drive sales force adoption of digital capabilities, CRM tools, and analytics platforms to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Ensure best-in-class sales execution standards in merchandising, retail activation, and customer engagement.
