Barry McCarthy was named President and CEO of Deluxe in November 2018. Barry is also a member of our Board of Directors. Prior to joining Deluxe, Barry spent 14 years at First Data Corporation, where he served in a variety of senior executive positions, most recently Executive Vice President and Head of Network and Security Solutions, a $1.5 billion publicly reported segment of the company. Barry is an accomplished executive and financial technology leader with an extensive track record of developing and building tech-driven solutions for financial institutions and small businesses. His strong background in product development, sales, marketing and technology innovation have supported the significant growth of companies from a Silicon Valley start-up, to major divisions of global Fortune 250 organizations. Barry earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and attended the University of Illinois.

Mr. Gary Lee Coleman has been the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Torchmark Corporation since June 1, 2012 and served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since September 1999 until May 2012. Mr. Coleman is also a member of the Board of Directors, Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation. Mr. Coleman served as the Principal Accounting Officer of Torchmark Corporation until February 20, 2007. He served as a Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Torchmark Corporation July 1994 to September 1999. He has been the Co-Chairman of the Board at Torchmark Corporation since April 2014. He has been a Director of Torchmark Corp. since August 2012. He holds a B.B.A from the University of Texas. Mr. Coleman's 43 years of experience, which includes seven years at KPMG where he primarily served insurance clients and 33 years in various accounting, financial and investment positions at the Company and its subsidiaries, including service as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company for 13 years, provides the Board with financial and operating perspectives from both management and independent accounting.

David is a results-focused and driven leader with an unrivaled commitment to customer success. In 2003, David founded SMART Payment Plan and provides daily leadership in all aspects of the company. He is passionate about providing the easiest and most customer-friendly bill payment service in America. Previously, David graduated with honors from SLU School of Law and founded American Legal Funds, a finance company serving attorneys and their clients. In addition to being a customer success fanatic, David enjoys golf, sports, technology, reading, travel and time with his family.

Andrew Siden is Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Prepaid Ventures, a next-generation cloud-based payments processor as well as the parent of several Prepaid card brands, including Nexscard. Mr. Siden brings 25 years of financial services and electronic payment processing experience to the company. Before starting Prepaid Ventures, Mr. Siden began his career at SmithBarney in 1991, where he worked as a Guided Portfolio Manager and ultimately became an Equity Trader with Knight Capital Group. In 2003 Mr. Siden left Wall St. to pursue the changing Alternative Financial Services (AFS) industry, where he joined a leading New York-based Check Cashing company. Once there, Mr. Siden implemented new corporate strategies, leveraged technology, and updated compliance & operational procedures. All the while gaining a broad understanding of the AFS landscape and ultimately launching Prepaid Ventures and developing its initial product, the NexsCard Prepaid Visa Card. Now distributed across the country, NexisCard propelled Prepaid Ventures into the payments technologies space where Mr. Siden’s investments in financial technology, program management, and electronic payment processing, has accelerated the growth of Prepaid Ventures. The company now offers a suite of realtime electronic payment solutions on its proprietary processing platform across multiple payments products and distribution channels. Mr. Siden serves on the board of the Innovative Payments Association (IPA), formerly the NPBCA, the national trade group serving the Fintech and Mobile Banking industries.
