The facility located at 281 Wellington Street opened its doors in November 2004 and is the “gateway” of downtown, offering a multitude of spaces dedicated to promoting the wellbeing of people who are experiencing homelessness and addiction.
A residential work therapy program, the Mid-South Adult Rehabilitation Center (ARC) opened in 2009 at 2649 Kirby Whitten.
