Job Description:
Support all testing requirements for a SAFe agile team through the entire software development life cycle (SDLC) to deliver features and enhancements to the applications that support our transactional websites. Analyze requirements, develop test strategies and scripts, coordinate execution of au testing activities, partner with automation engineers to prioritize automation backlog for the core application space, actively participate in all scrum ceremonies, prepare for and support production releases, and working across teams as needed. Enable optimal team performance by ensuring that the testing for features, epics and production issues is planned and executed efficiently and clearly communicated. Lead estimation efforts for testing, coordination with global teams, and the usage of automation to ensure the team commitments are achievable, the business requirements are met, and the team is performing optimally. Position is fixed location based in Framingham, MA office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed.
Job Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent} in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering (any field), or a directly related field plus three (3) of experience in Quality Assurance. Experience must include:
Two (2) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
* Testing experience in eCommerce platforms such as Oracle ATG and associated web tools such as Endeca and BCC.
* experience with API and integration testing toolsets.
* Experience in designing, implementing, and overseeing automated testing frameworks and tools.
* Experience with creating feature files and step definitions.
* Experience in automation tools like Selenium, along with frameworks such as Cucumber, TestNG, and JUnit, to automate web application testing, support behavior-driven development (BOD), and ensure efficient test execution and reporting.
One (1) year of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):
* Develop, manage, and execute database queries to support data analysis and reporting needs. Collaborate on and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure efficient data integration and transformation across systems.
* Analyse, debug, and support Functional testing and Automation development processes effectively.

Engage in a kick-off and day of service activity
Responsible and accountable for registering all related sales on assigned cash register, including records of scanning errors, price verifications, items not on file, price modifications, and voids.
Assists manager or assistant store manager in reviewing order exceptions on order release day and assists in reverse logistics (e.g., 1506, returns, empty package).
Learns to analyze inventory trends and supervises inventory management, including ordering items, keeping stock, and liquidating stock and leveraging company resources to avoid outs and overstock.
Assists manager or assistant store manager in evaluating and developing displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Completes resets and revisions.
Engage in weekly meetings with store manager or pharmacy manager
Responsible for basic department pricing and making daily price changes; ensures proper signage is displayed at the store to support accurate pricing of products. Ensures any additional pricing tasks related to local regulations and/or regulatory compliance programs are completed accurately and within the required time frame.
Assists with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance, including requesting store or system repairs as required in manager absence, or as requested by manager.
Assists with separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as specified by policies/procedures (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves). For consumable items, assists in stock rotation, using the first in, first out method and restock outs.
Has working knowledge of store systems and store equipment.
Receives exposure to the analysis of financial & performance data for the store, pharmacy and clinic and to the analysis of asset protection data and action plans to reduce loss.
Ensures compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products).

The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career.
Responsible for coordinating and administering HVAC-related projects across TJX stores, including project setup, tracking, reporting, and vendor coordination. Supports Field Engineering(FE) and Building Management System(BMS) teams to ensure timely execution and resolution of service-related initiatives.
Major Areas of Responsibility
* Initializing projects for Field Engineering and BMS Teams in Computerized Maintenance Management System(CMMS)/Service Channel), including but not limited to project set up, tracking and close out
* Ensures Field Engineering projects have an installation and equipment order active/approved in CMMS
* Coordinates the Mechanical Equipment Verification(MEV) for TJX New/Relocation stores with York, Construction and Building Controls vendors. Ensures all MEVs for New Stores are completed, deficiencies are communicated to proper vendor and resolved. Ensures all Roof Sweep Projects are properly closed out; stores are running 100% and information is stored in proper location for future reference
* Point of contact for BMS deficiencies in New and Retrofit stores - ensures proper flow of Work Orders to vendors for resolution and validates when complete.
* Creates/Analyzes/Provides CMMS Field Engineering and BMS reports. Tracks, coordinates and reports on all Roof Sweep and BMS projects
* Ensures all Asset Information for New Stores, Roof Sweeps and One-off projects is collected and updated in CMMS
* Oversight and coordination of CMMS BMS Work Order Queue
* Is responsible for Unit Replacement Rebate program
* Verifies remote communications with newly installed store equipment
* Provides project updates to Energy Management team
* Monitors and pushes Vendors for timely updates on all open projects and permitting in FE & BMS including but not limited to installation dates, delivery dates, and close out dates
