About the role - CDL Class B Driver (Bloomsburg, PA) We are excited to announce an opportunity at Orica for a CDL Class B Driver within our Orica USA Commercial team. This role will be responsible for driving and operating Orica's bulk trucks (Mobile Manufacturing Units) and installing blasting products for our customers at local construction sites, mines, and quarries as well as being accountable for the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment. Responsibilities include loading products, driving a Class B CDL truck, pulling hoses, operating manufacturing units control systems, and climbing on and off the bulk truck in various weather conditions. Additionally, this role will operate equipment to provide blasting products while assisting in delivering a high-quality service of bulk explosives to customers. We prioritize safety and strive to ensure that all operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner at all times. How you will impact WestRock: Support continuous improvement of preventive maintenance. Engage in preventive and predictive maintenance activities throughout the facility. Participate in trouble-shooting efforts to respond to equipment failures and/or process deficiencies. Participate in root cause analysis and execution of corrective actions to minimize recurrence of unplanned shutdowns. Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains Distributive Control System (DCS) and Programmed Logic Control (PLC) systems, which includes higher levels of automation, improved methods of control, and improved information gathering and reporting. Strong electronics background preferred with experience also in 480-volt, 4160 volts, 13.8k volts, 3-Phase Controls.
