Kiran Gaudioso is Chief Executive Officer at United Way of Northern New Jersey. Previously, she was the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Community Impact and Community Relations. Prior to joining UWNNJ, Kiran was the Vice President of Program Operations at New Jersey After 3. Kiran also worked as Director of Mentoring, Volunteerism & Enrichment Programs of Sponsors for Educational Opportunity; Director of Program of Administration and Development for the New Jersey Community Development Corporation; The Executive Director of Jersey Cares; and Policy Adviser in the Governor’s Office of Volunteerism in the New Jersey Department of Human Services,

She holds a Masters in Political Science/Public Policy - and is also a graduate of the National New Generation Training Program for professionals in the field of youth and community service.

Training and Professional Development: Developed training modules using situational leadership for use in volunteer management, board development, coalition building, fundraising, and service learning. Presenter at national and state conferences for City Cares of America, The Points of Light Foundation, The After School Institute, National After School Association, Youth Service America, NJ School Age Care Coalition, AmeriCorps, New York Cares, and the Partnership for After School Education.

Human Resources Management: Experience with volunteer recruitment, training, monitoring, and recognition. Served as Adjunct Professor at Seton Hall University in volunteer management and guest Lecturer at Rutgers University Bloustein School of Urban Planning and Policy.

Bonnie O Neill is a Sr. Vice President, Business Integration and CFO at United Way of Northern New Jersey and is based in Bridgewater, New Jersey. She has worked as Administrator at AIG, Vice President and CFO at Somerset County United Way, and Controller at Virtual Inc.. Bonnie studied at Centenary College between 1997 and 2001.

Classically trained marketing exec who thrives on the challenge of unearthing powerful insights, and using those insights and creativity to craft strategies and activations that build brands, and move perception, behavior, and ultimately the business.

I’ve successfully taken on that marketing challenge for, among others, a lifesaving cause, a challenger personal wash brand, and a team of star athletes. I’ve had small budgets and large, been responsible for local markets, national, and international, created multi-channel advertising and on-the-ground experiences, launched products, and relaunched a brand.

I’ve enjoyed some wonderful successes, and had my share of failures. Through it all, I’ve become a stronger marketer, a smarter strategist, and a better leader.
