Over the past four years (2012 - 2015) USA Baseball National Teams have won 11 gold medals, 6 silver medals and 1 bronze medal. On-field international success is the highest profile part of USA Baseball’s story and the creation of long-term financial stability, the implementation of effective staffing strategies, and the operations of the game’s leading events have helped foster this new era of sustained on-field competitive results for the organization.Currently, David is the Chief Operating Officer for USA Baseball, the national governing body for amateur baseball, where he works with some the sports industry’s leading companies and brands including Major League Baseball, the United States Olympic Committee, Gatorade, New Era, Panini America and Under Armour.His current areas of emphasis include the development of new revenue opportunities, online and offline retail, digital and social media strategies and the creation and implementation of staffing plans. David has spent more than 10 years working on budget analysis (revenue and expense oversight), contract negotiations, event creation and planning and relationship management.

Works at Level One Orthopedics at Orlando Health as Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon. Lives in Orlando, Florida.
