David S. Chernow has served as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer since January 2014. He served as the Company’s President since December 2010. He held the additional titles of Chief Administrative Officer from March 2012 to August 2013, Chief Development and Strategy Officer from January 2011 to March 2012, and Chief Strategy Officer from September 2010 to December 2010. He previously served on the Company’s Board of Directors from August 2005 to September 2010. From May 2007 to February 2010, Mr. Chernow served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Oncure Medical Corp., a national network of cancer treatment centers. From 2001 to 2007, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of JA Worldwide (formerly known as Junior Achievement). From 1999 to 2001, he was the President of the Physician Services Group at US Oncology, Inc. Mr. Chernow co-founded American Oncology Resources in 1992 and served as its Chief Development Officer until the time of the merger with Physician Reliance Network, Inc., which created US Oncology, Inc. in 1999.

John Carlyle is a Founder at Magella Healthcare, Chief Executive Officer at Sheridan Healthcare, and Operating Partner at Riata Capital Group. He has worked as Chairman at Pediatrix Medical Group Inc, Chief Financial Officer at Medical Care Intl Inc, and Board Member at Eagle Hospital Physicians. John studied at University of Texas at Arlington.

Todd is the Chief Executive Officer and has been a part of PrairieCare since 2006. He has contributed to PrairieCare’s growth and success over the years through many roles including Chief Operating Officer, Interim Chief Financial Officer, Chief Development Officer and PrairieCare Medical Group Practice Manager. With a clinical background as a social worker, Todd is driven to lead the organization to help better serve our patients and community. He has lead the development of numerous sites and programs to meet the needs of the community, as well as creating innovative partnership with other community providers. Todd is also the Executive Director of the statewide Psychiatric Assistance Line (PAL), offering consultation to primary care providers and has garnered national recognition.

Partner with a patient-majority Board of Directors and lead a senior leadership team to meet the strategic, financial, clinical and operational goals of a $18.5 million Federally Qualified Health Center serving 15,500 low income and culturally diverse patients. Represent the Health Center externally and advocate for financial and legislative support. Secured $5.7 million in grant funding and other financing for 2 building projects totaling nearly 70,000 square feet to expand the organization's capacity to meet the health needs of patients and the community. Strategically restructured leadership team for organizational growth and success.
