*Responsibilities:*
The ideal candidate will manage family cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients. Innovating case strategies based on the client's desired outcomes is key. Work in the firm will include:
* Litigating contentious hearings when beneficial negotiations have failed
* Planning client-centered strategies to put the client in the best position possible under the facts
* Engineering creative solutions to maximize the client's position under the facts.
* Negotiating thoughtful settlements that seek to destroy the zero-sum narrative associated with family law
* Preparing tactical operations to influence successful outcomes
* Working directly with clients to advise them on best practices to minimize client stress and mitigate client risk during the proceedings
* Advising clients of non-legal ideas to help prepare them for life after the case
This position includes base compensation plus generous incentive payments based on results.

* Is a team player with the empathy, creativity, and organization to help us expand our business;
* Is a BIG believer in the value of a team. If you prefer to be a “lone wolf,” this job is not for you;
* Brings a high level of energy, positivity, and a can-do attitude to work every day;
* Demonstrates fire and ambition, not excuse-making “clock-watchers” who will hide under their desk waiting to be told what to do all day long.
If you apply, we will ask you to complete a brief written interview before having any interviews. We do this to see your legal reasoning. If you do not wish to complete the written interview, please do not apply.
*THE YOUNGBLOOD LAW PLLC DIFFERENCE*
We are known for helping our clients come out of an extremely emotional process feeling as though they are a better person, in a better position, and that they had a thoughtful and assertive team behind them that really cared and fought for them.
