The Activity Security Representative (ASR) II's primary function is to provide multi-disciplined security support to a customer's facility and organization. Construction Surveillance Technician
Construction Surveillance Technician's primary function is to provide day to day security in support of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) & Special Access Program (SAP) construction efforts. If you have previous construction experience as well as experience providing access control or security guard job functions, this job may be a match for you. **Summary:**

**Responsibilities**
+ Manages and leads a program involving one or more functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for a subsystem or component of a product or service offering.

+ Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to implement changes to product, process, or program plan to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules.
+ Leads bug tracking resolution and reporting of program risks, status, and options for resolution to executive management.
+ Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.
+ Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.
**Education & Experience Recommended**
+ Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
+ Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in engineering development and implementation, project planning tools and software packages, people management, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
