1995 PC Totes is acquired by another company and changes its name to You Bet International, Inc.
Launching the First Product in 1998
1999 The company changes its name to Youbet.com, Inc.
In May 2001, a significant agreement between TVG and Youbet.com gave the public even more incentive to subscribe to the company's service.
Help arrived early in 2002 in the form of new management, ushering in a new era in the company's development that offered the first signs of financial success.
After registering another loss in 2003 (the year Champion was elected chairman of the board), Youbet.com posted $1.3 million in net income, the first annual profit in its history.
