Customer Account Representative Summary:
Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Account Representative is engaged in handling orders, telephone and other inquiries from customers. Complies with customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent customer service and satisfaction. Customer Account Representative Duties and Responsibilities:

Orders - Responsible for handling every aspect of a customer's purchase order, including, but not limited to, the timely verification of data and accurate entry of order information into the order entry systems.
Works with purchasing and production personnel as required to define delivery dates, communicate delivery commitment to customers and follow-up with written acknowledgements.
Serves as customer advocate driving improvements in service levels as needed.
Acts as a point of contact for the field sales team to identify, investigate and clarify problems and determine quick and effective resolutions.
Invoicing - Communicates proper billing terms, agreements and conditions to Accounts Receivable and processes invoices for daily shipments.
Handles Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)'s and credits through the accurate and timely entry of data into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data base.
Provides and monitors the metric for on-time delivery, order fulfillment and cycle time. Ensures continued improvement of service levels and provides corrective actions to sustain customer service levels.
Supports continuous improvement efforts as required.
Maintains overall service continuity between customer service / inside sales, outside sales, engineering and operational personnel to ensure that customer service levels are maintained.
Manages special projects as assigned by manager.
Remains accountable for all commitments made.

Job Description
Our Account Representatives act as a conduit between clients, who bill medical insurance claims electronically, and Quadax. The Account Representative is the face of Quadax and interacts with both clients (hospitals and physician practices) and Quadax personnel alike.

Responsibilities:
Assist clients with setup, some implementation, and daily operations of the Quadax electronic claims processing software called Xpeditor.
Must be ready and able to train staff (current and new) on product features as well as everyday use.
Read multiple reports and try to identify billing trends for clients.
Present clients with additional products and features.
Contact different insurance payers while researching reasons why medical claims did not pay or pass edits.
Assist clients in writing custom data converts and test these upon implementation.

Qualifications
Must currently reside in Michigan near Lansing or Grand Rapids
Bachelor's degree preferred
Detail oriented and good investigative and software troubleshooting skills

GENERAL PURPOSE
Responsible for completing all auditing and accounting functions for Cash Applications. Oversees and acts as backup for all Cash Application processes. Work closely with internal IT department and external financial facilities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Acts as system liaison to ensure functionality and efficiency.
* Coaching fellow team members toward solutions and processes.
* Complete the dispute research and resolution process
* Completes month end requirements in appropriate timeframe.
* Completes tasks while acting independently within oversight of leadership.
* Identifies and implements process improvements.
* Reconcile GL accounts.
* Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

* Proficient with an Order to Cash system
* Advanced knowledge of system processes to work with IT on corrections and procedures
* Experience reading and interpreting payment terms for contracts
* Ability to apply advanced knowledge of accounting principles, concepts, theories, and techniques in conducting activities supporting the development, monitoring and maintenance of customer accounts.
* Expert ability to maintain, audit, and adjust customer accounts that impact the general ledger
* Broad understanding of financial impacts and their connections to the general ledger
* Expert knowledge of credit card systems, procedures and processing.
* Extensive exposure and understanding of external financial institutions processing requirements
