Teaches courses in a variety of environments and modes as required. Courses may be offered in the fall, spring or summer semesters and on varying schedules (i.e., 8- or 16-weeks), and may meet during the day, evening, weekend, or online in Rock Springs or at one of WWCC's outreach centers. 5. Designs and implements effective learning processes for students; provides feedback on student improvement in attaining the College's Learning Goals. 6. Learns to communicate clearly and effectively using the college network system, including the e-mail and calendar system, and Canvas; integrates learning with technology into the classroom as appropriate. 7. Refers students to the resources in the College Learning Center, Peer Tutor Center, Math Advancement Center, NetTutor, Wellbeing and Accessibility. 8. Maintains an inventory of all assigned equipment and supplies in assigned areas; takes prudent efforts to safeguard WWCC physical resources from unauthorized use. Graduation from a regionally accredited college or university with a MS in Geology MA in Geosciences, or a related field, with at least 18 graduate level credit hours in Geology or a closely related field. 2. Comprehensive knowledge of the concepts, technologies, principles and practices of geology. 3. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, staff and administrators. 4. Ability to exercise sound judgment in all facets of the student-teacher relationship and to teach a diverse group of community college students. 5.
