NUTR150 - Essentials of Human Nutrition
NUTR330 - Nutrition in the Life Cycle
NUTR350 - Sports Nutrition NUTR400 - Nutritional Biochemistry
Specific courses taught will be determined as needed by the department. An applicant is not required to possess expertise in all above-noted Nutrition areas, though a breadth of knowledge and experience across multiple topic areas is beneficial. Adjunct faculty positions are contracted on a semester-by-semester basis.

The Department of Geology and Geophysics at the University of Utah invites applications for an open rank faculty position in the area of isotope geochemistry. We seek applicants whose research complements and grows departmental and institutional strengths in areas such as (paleo)climate, water resources, solid Earth processes, and (paleo)ecology. Salary and Benefits:

Job Description
This tenure-track faculty position will establish and maintain a competitive translational and/or clinical research program capable of securing Federal Funding in collaboration with other researchers. This position also includes limited didactic teaching responsibilities in the PharmD program, with secondary experiential teaching responsibilities focused on inpatient Adult Medicine within the Boise VA Medical Center. There are opportunities to maintain a clinical practice within the Boise VA if desired. Key Responsibilities
● Scholarship: develop and maintain an active scholarship program commensurate with a tenure track faculty (50%).
● Teaching: didactic/course coordination/experiential teaching (25-30%).
● Service: College and University level committee work, professional service (10-15 %).
● Clinical Service: (0-15%) establish and maintain a clinical practice within an Adult Medicine or inpatient specialty area if desired.
Minimum Qualifications
● Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE accredited Pharmacy Program.
● Completion of research fellowship training program OR advanced degree in related relevant field OR at least 3 years' experience in a relevant or healthcare setting.
● Eligibility for pharmacist licensure.
● Evidence of successful funding and publication of scholarly activity.
● US citizenship (required due to affiliation with Veteran Affairs).

The Criminal Justice (CJ) Program, and the Conflict Management Program (CONF), both in the School of Public Service at Boise State University seeks applicants for a full-time (nine month) Lecturer I with teaching expertise in the areas of criminal justice and conflict management, to start in the fall of 2026. We seek a faculty member with an advanced or terminal degree in criminal justice, conflict management, or a closely related field. We seek a student-oriented lecturer with experience designing and delivering learning experiences to undergraduate and graduate students. This position will support two rapidly growing programs in the School of Public Service.
As the first shared position between these two connected programs, the successful applicant will support our student population in navigating their current academic experience and influence students in a meaningful way as they prepare for their careers. We are looking for someone to join our team that deeply cares about the student experience, provides meaningful and timely feedback inside the classroom, communicates effectively with both students and colleagues. Furthermore, we are seeking a candidate that has a demonstrated commitment to student support, professional service, and institutional leadership.
This position will be responsible for teaching a wide range of classes in criminal justice and conflict management, in various formats (e.g., in person, online, remote, and/or via hybrid modality), which could include foundational or advanced criminal justice or conflict management classes based on the applicant's area(s) of expertise. We anticipate that initially the teaching breakdown to be 75% of the candidate's workload will be dedicated to criminal justice and 25% to conflict management. There is also the potential to have the successful candidate create courses that don't yet exist, but connect the Criminal Justice and Conflict Management programs more intentionally. The work location will be in the Criminal Justice office space on the main campus of Boise State.

Founded in 1966, Criminal Justice currently offers a bachelor's (BS), a minor, and a master's (MA) in Criminal Justice. The program serves more than 600 students. Approximately 40 percent of BS graduates go on to attend law school or graduate school. Thousands of graduates of the program have gone onto jobs in victim services, policing, law and courts, corrections, and research. Faculty in the program are committed to excellence in teaching, research, and service.
The Conflict Management program is built around certificate offerings at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, emphasizing experiential learning and the development of practical skills. The program has been around for more than 20 years and continues to support students across a broad range of academic disciplines and from 35 different majors. The program has seen a significant increase of 100% in student enrollment over the last 4 years and is continuing to grow.
