Pros of working at Aeronix

Great learning experience. Great for new grads

Cons of working at Aeronix

Welcome to the office that hasnt updated since 1972. Couldn't wait to get out of there. Everything is old, thought processes, advancements, people. Management sucks, HR is a clueless. Admin team all gossipy with attitudes.Small time company with all the drama to go with it. STAY AWAY, Don't get caught up in their BS of advancing. You will stay stagnant until you're as old as the rest of the employees. They trap you with their "free benefits" but be prepared to pay outrageous money out of your pocket for sub par health benefits. Not even close in compensation to other companies in the area. Good place to get experience but only for short term. Bigger companies offer better everything. Aeronix needs to save their money on those small and in between perks and invest it in the employees.

Aeronix benefits

Cool extra activities, bbq's, happy hourss, ice cream truck, spin the wheel/win a prize and one of the best holiday parties I ever been to. There are a few people that mingle but most stay in their clicks at events. No people skills. HR will find out things about you and tell everyone in the company. She is toxic for that company, not professional at all. Everybody does their jobs and doesn't bother to check in. Management needs better skills on how to manage people.
