Role: The Fraud System & Data Analyst's primary role is to drive strategic insights and data-driven solutions to optimize fraud risk management, enhance profitability, forecast losses, and improve operational efficiency across consumer and business products. Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
40% Data Analysis & Monitoring:
- Performs complex analysis of financial data, fraud trends and portfolio performance to understand product performance and improve fraud risk, profitability, performance, compliance with laws and regulations, and operational performance.
- Develop and manage Key Risk Indicators and Key Performance Indicators for fraud performance against products and channels.
- Oversee Operations metrics for risk and performance ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Identifies trends based on metrics and portfolio performance and reports them to management.
- Supports execution of large-scale projects, or new project integrations, by conducting advanced reporting and drawing analytics-based insights.
- Leverage insights from data & analytics, industry forums, and channel partners to identify and drive new ideas on improving member experience, operational efficiency, and reducing fraud risk.
30% System & Tool Utilization:
- Operate and maintain fraud detection software, data mining tools, machine learning platforms, and transaction monitoring systems to effectively identify and prevent fraud.
- Develop and implement new processes and solutions to enhance fraud prevention systems and mitigate future risks.
- Collaborate with team to discuss new and emerging fraud trends
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
20% Reporting & Communication:
- Partners across organization lines including Operations, Lending, Technology, Risk & Compliance in the development of risk and performance strategy.
- Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for key stakeholders.
- Develop compelling vision and data driven business cases for transformation initiatives.
10% Perform all other duties as assigned:
- Including but not limited to department administrative responsibilities.

Knowledge and Skills:
Experience: 3 to 5 years of similar or related experience including:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in analytics and managing risk.
- Experience with U.S. banking laws and regulations applicable to a federal credit union and its applications to ensuring the safety and soundness of Credit Union staff and member assets.
- Knowledge of automated fraud monitoring, investigative case management or related financial services industry fraud monitoring tools and applications.
- Knowledge and general understanding of principal financial institution regulations.
- CFE or equivalent certification preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in quantitative field or equivalent work experience required.
Interpersonal Skills: Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Position Summary

Work with shop personnel and foreman to correct discrepancies on inspection jobs in a timely fashion
Assist shop personnel by obtaining component drawings when discrepancies occur during the build process
Working relationship with Software QA Auditor to supply missing required QA documentation to satisfy QA requirements
Personable and knowledgeable to assist and answer questions with outside customers/inspectors
Supply pertinent information with supporting photos to QA Engr. for issuance of discrepancies to vendors
Perform Visual Weld inspections
Perform any special studies or projects as assigned by supervisor

The Technical Program Analyst helps facilitate cyber technology transition at the Air Force Research Laboratory by providing System Engineering and Technical Advisor (SETA) support. This support consists of financial analysis, technical advising (cyber), acquisition support, and administrative functions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide technical and financial program management advisement.
Provide technical and financial program analysis and administrative support.
Perform program management tasks such as:
monitoring obligation and expenditure rates for each contract
developing and maintaining Phase/Expenditure Plans and Earned Value Management (EVM)
receiving obligation documentation and invoices and ensuring data is posted timely to appropriate systems
performs financial pulls and analysis of obligation and expenditure rates in order to track customer and internal obligation and expenditures of funds
Track invoices and update program financial charts. Build and maintain detailed financial spreadsheets. Track incoming funding, expenditures, award dates and other information.
Review incoming financial documents including but not limited to: Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs) (DD Form 448), Interagency Agreements (IAA), 7600A/B, Form 9, etc.) for accuracy of information and adherence to applicable regulations, identify issues based upon the needs of the project.
Maintain an incoming financial request form spreadsheet for all funding by program to include funding incoming / outgoing, expenditure rates, and disposition of funds to respective contracts, purchases, and salaries.
Monitor funds programmed, obligated, and expended on supporting BAAs.
Assist in strategic planning, with preparation of technical, financial, and programmatic materials necessary to assist in the development and execution of programs.
Provide budget information; conduct financial analyses; provide execution status; ensure proper use of all funds (active, expired, and cancelled); funds reconciliation; enter and maintain data; and forecasting.
Coordinate dates among principals, technical program briefing schedule, conference room reservation, handouts, clearance coordination, facility access and breaks, luncheons, and receptions as necessary.
Understand and interpret technical concepts and provide technical inputs, prepare, build, and maintain presentation briefings to support the mission of AFRL that accurately and clearly conveys these concepts.
Organize and logistically support Government sponsored events.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years' full time Department of Defense (DoD) Acquisition experience required. Certification from Defense Acquisition University preferred.
Bachelor of Arts or Science preferred and a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with and an understanding of various types of government contracts, contract structure, funds appropriations, and inter-agency governmental funds transfer processes
Experience with and an understanding of DoD Planning, Programing, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE)
Experience with and an understanding of Technical Portfolio Management
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial documents and technical reports.
Ability to effectively present information in several formats including technical financial documents, presentations, status reports etc.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical, financial documents.
Active Top Secret clearance.

Position Summary
ITT is looking for an Audit Analyst to join their dynamic, fast-paced Shared Services group in Seneca Falls, NY. A few of the responsibilities for this position include ensuring SOX and GAAP compliance across the business units, coordinating Sales and Use Tax audits, and keeping records accurate and up to date for all locations. Essential Responsibilities
Ensure compliance of SOX and GAAP by all Shared Services site process owners with company requirements and guidelines established for the performance, documentation and testing of internal controls.
Ensure HQ and Shared Services control templates are updated annually. Co-ordinate with all functional owners.
Facilitate semi annual recertifications, restricted access and segregation of duties templates are completed. Support GCC audits.
Actively support BCP, security and compliance related aspects of the SAP ONE applications as it relates to the Head Quarters groups and maintain overall internal controls for the organization.
Coordinate all audits for all ITT entities and coordinate data requests with the auditor and BU's.
Ensure that Record Retention policy is current and up to date for all FSS locations and in line with ITT policy.
Ensure compliant with processes related to Unclaimed Property reporting to all States and Canada for ITT Corporation. Remain up to date on requirements pertaining to all States' regulation changes.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is required
3-5 years of accounting/financial analysis experience is required
Experience with audits and Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) is required
Business Continuity Plan (BCP) experience is required
Experience writing documentation for policies, processes, and procedures is required
Excellent skills in financial analysis, analytical experience and problem solving
Must be able to perform structured analysis in complex environments
