Build reusable templates for common proposal documents (Technical Volume, Cost Volume, Compliance Tables, etc.)
Analyze historical actual costs, POs, BOMs/routings, yields, and labor data to inform should-costs, price curves, and quote accuracy - driving optimal pricing decisions.
Package proposals: basis of estimate, pricing worksheets, risk/opportunity logs, and assumptions for internal reviews.
Value creation mission
Partner with others in Radant to drive value creation by applying deep analytical rigor to evaluate data for insights and opportunities, and by building tools/models/workflow automations for use by Radant and CPI management teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Tool Administration and Configuration:
Configure and maintain IT and other departmental dashboards and reports.
Responsible for minor system configuration changes such as making updates to existing fields or dropdown values.
Works with the development team to ensure the Enterprise Portfolio Management tool functionality aligns with organizational goals and requirements.
Collaborate with vendor to determine which integrations are OOB vs. custom. Ensure integrations are configured and working properly (this role does not configure any integrations).

Data Management and Reporting:

Ensure the business has executed functional testing in Sandbox and corrected any errors, prior to moving to Production.
Process Optimization and Best Practices:

Collaborate with project managers, portfolio managers, and PMO leaders across the organization to optimize processes within the enterprise tool to enable their needs.

Training and Support:

Project and Portfolio Alignment:

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:

Job Description:
Reinsurance Operations Analyst within group reinsurance administration who supports Sun Life's excess reinsurance treaties. * Resolve and respond to inquiries made by Finance. As in the case of inquiries made by external Reinsurers, work with Reinsurance Operations Management and other departments as necessary to implement solutions.
Other Responsibilities:
* Participate in the implementation of new reinsurance treaties and treaty amendments as needed.
