The illegal use, sale, purchase, distribution, possession, or presence in one's system of controlled substances or unauthorized or illegal drugs while on Amkor premises or Amkor business or during work hours is strictly prohibited.

Similarly, the abuse or misuse of legal drugs or alcohol while on Amkor premises or Amkor business, or during work hours, is strictly prohibited."

Amkor Technology is a smoke-free workplace. The use of tobacco and vaping products is prohibited unless outside of the building in a designated smoking area.
