Belle Tire's drug tests are a part of the company's employment screening process and random drug screens can also be requested for current employees. The company does reserve the right to request a drug screen of current employees in any of the following scenarios:
- When employees are suspected of being intoxicated at work
- When employees are involved in a workplace accident
- When employees experience a work-related injury
In any of these instances, a failed drug test can result in disciplinary action, including:
