Does CSX drug test?

Yes, CSX does a drug test prior to an offer of employment. In most cases, the drug test consists of a urine sample that will be collected at a predetermined laboratory location and paid for by CSX.

In addition to a pre-employment screening, CSX reserves the right to drug test an employee at any time if substance use is suspected or if a workplace accident occurs. If a drug test is required and the result is positive, that can void any worker's compensation claims and result in disciplinary action including termination.
