Does Floor Decor drug test?

Floor Decor has a no-drug policy and prohibits the use or distribution of drugs while at work or while attending a work-related event. Any employee who is suspected of being under the influence or if they are involved in a workplace accident will be subject to drug tests, and if found that they use drug, this could lead to termination of employment.

For transportation and warehouse positions, you are asked to either submit a urine or saliva sample. The pre-employment drug test is typically done off-site at a local third-party testing lab.

These positions may also be subject to random drug testing that is either done on-site or at a third-party lab.

Some testing may be down on-site using a mouth-swab test. This is especially the case if an employee is involved in a workplace accident or if they are suspected of being at work while intoxicated.

Floor Decor's drug test looks for the following drugs:

• Amphetamines

• Cannabis

• Cocaine

• Opiates

• Phencyclidine

• Barbiturates

• Benzodiazepines

• Methadone

• Alcohol (on-site mouth-swab test only)

Floor Decor is also a smoke-free workplace. Employees are not allowed to use tobacco or vaping products while inside the building, in company cars, or at work-related events.
