Does Hire Dynamics drug test?
Yes, Hire Dynamic drug tests. As a staffing agency that conducts an in-person interview and drug screen with every candidate before placing them where they best match a company's culture. This enables Hire Dynamics to ensure the safety and success of both our clients and our Talent.
Hire Dynamics asks all candidates to complete a 5-panel mouth swab or urine drug test that looks for five types of drugs: marijuana, amphetamines, opioids, cocaine, benzodiazepines, and barbiturates. The test is typically performed on-site during your interview and takes less than 15 minutes for the results.
If you fail the drug test, Hire Dynamics may ask you to come back in a month to try again. Or they may decide that you are not the type of candidate that they are looking to place. At the end of the day, Hire Dynamics works for the companies that use their services to find quality candidates, which is why they require a drug test.
Hire Dynamics does not have a policy regarding tobacco use other than it is not allowed inside the office, company vehicles, or anywhere where customers are in eyesight.
