Yes, PPD drug tests. As a global contract research organization that conducts clinical trials for pharmaceutical and biotech companies, PPD is required by law to comply with drug testing regulations.
Consistent with this, all new hires are expected to take a urine or mouth swab drug test as part of the onboarding process. However, they typically do not perform random drug testing once you are hired unless they have reason to suspect that an employee is intoxicated.
