Yes, Sodexo drug tests all job candidates. Sodexo also requires an extensive background check for all potential hires, and a drug screening is a part of this process.
The company requires a drug screening for all potential hires and does ask current employees to submit to a drug test in certain circumstances. Sodexo asks candidates to take a urine drug test at an independent lab in order to be considered eligible for employment.
Sodexo also requests a drug test for employees that are under suspicion of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol while working.
