Does Teavana drug test?

Teavana's Code of Conduct states that the company is committed to providing a safe and drug-free workplace for all employees. To achieve this goal, the company prohibits the use, possession, sale, or distribution of illegal drugs, as well as the misuse of legal drugs or alcohol, while on the job or while representing the company.

Teavana will only do drug testing if they suspect an employee is intoxicated while at work. If an employee tests positive for drug use, they may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

Teavana has a policy on smoking that prohibits employees from smoking in company-owned or leased buildings, including stores, tea processing plants, and offices. This policy applies to all employees, regardless of whether they work in customer-facing roles or not. They also provide resources and support for employees who are trying to quit smoking through their EAP program.
