How old do you have to be to work at ESPN?

Internship positions are open to current undergraduate or graduate students or those who have graduated in the last 6 months. You may not have participated in any other internship programs with ESPN or any other Disney organizations. You will be expected to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship and program lengths can vary but are typically around 4 months (from August to December).

Internships may be a hybrid position with some work being done remotely. Flexibility will be based on the candidate's academic schedule; however, nights and weekends are required.

For applicants with the appropriate education and experience, ESPN has a variety of corporate positions from mid-level to upper management. ESPN wants you to not only join them but to grow with them.
