How old do you have to be to work at Menards?

You have to be at least 16 years old to work at Menards. However, 16-year-olds only qualify for the carry-out position. Any other position at Menards requires you to be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

The carry-out position consists of helping customers bring large items to their vehicles, as well as bringing in any stray shopping carts from the Menards parking lot.
