How to pass a Walmart assessment?

1. You must pass ALL sections of the assessment to get the job

2. There are no single correct answers. The best answers to the test greatly depend on the position

3. Walmart takes many behind-the-scenes factors into account when scoring the test

Here are some tips for preparing for the assessment:

• The best answers change based on the position you have applied for. Good answers on a test for a customer service position will gain you an F if you have applied for a supervisor position.

• Your answers must take into account issues like reliability and consistency

• The test is a mixture of personality, situational judgment, and math assessments

• It is not recommended to answer Walmart's questions based on a hunch or common sense

The four sections of the exam are:

1. Work with customers/members and associates: These questions are looking for you to respond in the best way possible to everyday scenarios you may encounter while working at Walmart

2. Handle customer/member transactions: This is an interactive assessment looking for you to give the correct change to a customer as quickly as possible.

3. Tell us your story: These are general questions about your background and experience. Your answers are important as this is your chance to show what kind of person and employee you are

4. Describe your approach: This section contains questions about your personality. The best answer is the one that depicts you as the ideal employee.
