What are Strategic Initiatives?

Strategic Initiatives are planned out and systematic projects created for the purposes of completing or advancing a company or other organization's goals and to satisfy its needs. It is a way of strategically promoting one's goals and may take shape in a variety of forms, such as product launching, raising the awareness of the brand in question through social media, strengthening an online presence, implementing new projects or systems to bring up efficiency, or trying to lower outsourcing.
