What are the pros and cons of being a mechanic?

Pros:

Cons:

• Physical work. The work of a mechanic is physically demanding and can be dangerous. One issue that can arise is it may be difficult to continue to be a mechanic later in life as it requires physical effort, and unfortunately, the skills of a mechanic may not transfer well to many other jobs.
