What is the hiring process at Allied Universal?

Allow anywhere from a few days to a few ways to hear back from the hiring manager. You can check your status by logging in to your profile and reviewing your candidate dashboard. The dashboard displays information about all of the positions that you've applied to, along with the status of each one.

The next step is to schedule an interview. This is typically done on-site and can last anywhere between 20 to 45 minutes, depending on the position. Interviews are done either as a group or one-on-one interviews.

Post Covid-19, Allied Universal also began using an automated video interview software that prompts candidates with interview questions. They ask 8 questions and are given 2 minutes to answer them, as well as 1 minute to prepare.
