The hiring process at Infosys is conducted in three rounds. These three rounds include the online test, technical round, and human resources round. If a person passes all three rounds, they are offered a conditional offer of employment at Infosys.
The online test for Infosys includes questions that assess quantitative, reasoning, and verbal ability. The duration of the test is 95 minutes. The candidate can attempt questions in any order in a particular section but cannot move among the sections.

The final round of the hiring process is the human resources round. Questions will focus on your resume, job, and cultural background. They will assess communication skills, confidence, and attitude.
Once a candidate has successfully completed all three rounds, they will receive a conditional offer, which turns into a final offer after passing a drug test and background check.
