Once you find the position you wish to apply for, the application process is quick and simple. You don't need to create a profile to apply. The application is embedded under the job description and includes some basic demographics and contact information, as well as an option to either upload and or manually enter your information.

There is also a skills box to list all relevant skills, and an option to link any professional or social media sites such as LinkedIn or Facebook. Depending on the position, the application may ask you to rate yourself on the Likert scale using job-specific skills.

JLL Interview Process:

The interview process may include 2 or 3 interviews. The first interview is a telephone interview usually with the hiring manager. The phone may last between 20 to 30 minutes and includes questions related to your background and interest in working at JLL.

The second interview is typically on-site and may involve a series of interviews with several people such as the department lead, hiring manager, potential team members, and HR. Each interview lasts around 30 to 60 minutes and includes a range of questions from job specific skills and experience to personality and how well they align to the company culture.
