Dimitri Villard graduated with a B.A. from Harvard University and has a M.S. from China International Medical University. Early in his career, he founded Jet Set Records, a memorable rhythm & blues label of the era. He then became a Vice President and Director of Havenfield Corp., a New York investment banking firm. Mr. Villard later co-founded Channel One, a pay television network that was acquired by Times Mirror Corp. Since 1980, he has produced many motion pictures including In Love And War, directed by Richard Attenborough and starring Sandra Bullock and Chris O’Donnell (New Line); Once Bitten, starring Jim Carrey and Lauren Hutton (Goldwyn); Flight of the Navigator (Disney) and Say Nothing starring Nastassja Kinski and William Baldwin (HBO). He also co-founded Image Organization, a film sales agency, and New Star Video, a video distributor. From 1993 to 1996, he was a Managing Director of Laidlaw & Co., a New York investment bank, focused on the media sector. In 1997 he became a Director of Société Générale Investment Banking, which became SG Cowen in 1998. In 2000 he co-founded Pivotal BioSciences, Inc., a biotechnology company developing oncology drugs with senior faculty at the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine. From 2004 to 2008 he was Chairman of the Board of DAX Solutions, Inc., and from 2009 to 2013 he served as Chairman and CEO of Peer Media Technologies, Inc. after restructuring predecessor ARTISTdirect, Inc., an Internet music and entertainment website, ad network and anti-piracy technology company (OTC: ARTD.PK). Mr. Villard is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, a member of the Board of Directors of Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: STAF) and the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Tech Coast Angels where he has been active in mentoring and investing in early stage technology ventures.

Rene Rousselet is a Chief Accounting Officer at Artistdirect Inc. He has worked as Consultant at TALON INTERNATIONAL, INC.; Chief Financial Officer at Asbestos Control Testing, Inc.; and Controller at Artistdirect Inc. Rene works or has worked as Chief Financial Officer at HEMDALE COMMUNICATIONS INC. He attended California State University San Marcos.
