Qualifications:
Talent Requirements:
College degree or equivalent business management experience.
Transit Management experience required.
Must have a minimum of (5) five years of comprehensive experience in Transit operations management and a combination of (7) seven years of management or supervisory experience in a Fixed Route or Shuttle bus environment with knowledge of routing/scheduling software.
Must have labor/union(s) negations/expenses expertise.
Must have a full understanding of dispatch, scheduling, driver recruitment, and safety DOT and FTA compliance.
MS Office, strong analytical skills, strong written and verbal communication skills and high degree of multi-tasking skills.
Additional duties/responsibilities based upon individual contract requirements.
Starting Salary Range: $175,000 - $197,000

Risk Management
Administer the Company workers' compensation and liability insurance programs.
Investigate and evaluate all on-the-job accidents and reports injury to insurance carriers.

What it takes to Join:

**Job Description:**
**Job Summary:** Our EAR practice focuses on site assessment/remedial investigations and design, environmental regulatory compliance and support, feasibility studies, emerging contaminants, and property transaction due diligence for clients in industrial, power, water, and government end markets. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Southern California Environmental Department Leader to oversee and lead robust growth in the West region within our Environmental Assessment & Remediation group. This role is a blend of operational leadership, creative thinking, business development/ strategic growth, and mentorship, requiring a visionary thinker with a strong technical background. This individual will enthusiastically take leadership by the reins and be proactively engaging within our multiple offices in Southern California. **Responsibilities:**

Essential skills and experience:
1+ year progressively responsible store management experience in a retail environment as a General/Store Manager
Store Operations experience with analysis, planning, financial acumen and driving results
Experience creating a customer centric environment and working in a consultative selling environment that provides customers a total solution
Experience developing a team in operational excellence to drive profitable YOY sales and margins
Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
