The Manager, Plant Operations at Jersey City Medical Center will manage an incredible team of engineers, mechanics, and operations specialists to ensure the highest levels of physical environment readiness in support of exceptional patient care. As the Manager, Plant Operations, a typical day might include the following:
• Coordinating maintenance programs for the medical center and off-site facilities

• Supporting construction or renovation efforts and ensuring proper ICRA and ILSM standards are followed
• Preparing for and participating in regulatory inspections, while keeping required records and documentation current and compliant

The base hourly range for this role is between $19.00 and $21.00. The relevant base salary will vary depending on wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, degrees, and certifications.
