ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Represent CARD policy enthusiastically
Represent CARD professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders

Provide clinical feedback to Behavior Technicians through the training process, team meetings, data review, etc.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Includes both a typical office environment and treatment environments. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

SUMMARY

* Assists and completes work orders generated from resident requests for service, as well as routine upkeep on the community by diagnosing the source or cause of the defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements. 2. Oversees and completes the "make-ready" process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new moveins by completing the pre-move-out inspection, creating a "punch" list of maintenance work needed, scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining needed supplies and materials, completing all maintenance tasks, and inspecting completed work.
* Develops standards for the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community's grounds, amenities, building exteriors, market ready unit interiors, breezeways, curbs, signage, leasing office, central garbage areas, parking lots, and other buildings and common areas to ensure that they reflect and represent the high quality of the community and Greystar standards.

Reporting to the Manager, Visitor Services, the Sales and Service Supervisor is responsible for training, motivating, and mentoring on-site Ticket Office staff to ensure every interaction with visitors and LACMA members is a positive, relationship-building experience that supports membership conversion and retention. This frontline role troubleshoots membership issues as they arise, escalates concerns when necessary, and coordinates staff sales efforts to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly goals are clearly communicated and met.
Working closely with the Manager and in collaboration with the Visitor Services and Membership leadership teams, the Supervisor oversees front-of-house operations related to membership sales. This position also supports the Visitor Services team by assisting with training, guidance, and overall sales and service efforts. Additionally, the Supervisor provides work direction and day-to-day oversight to the Sales Associates team.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates on-site promotion, sales, and service efforts for the LACMA Membership program in collaboration with Visitor Services Associates and Sales Associates.
Tracks, shares, and reports membership sales goals and team performance on a regular basis.
Partners with the Membership Marketing team to communicate weekly membership updates-including program highlights, appeals, and sales talking points-to front-of-house teams via email and meetings.
Recommends and implements sales strategies, as well as team and individual incentive programs, to ensure membership sales goals are met or exceeded.
Models LACMA's core values by fostering a professional, service-focused environment that supports exceptional visitor and member experiences.
Collaborates closely with the Visitor Services Leadership Team on daily operations and service priorities.
Assists in preparing and leading daily pre-shift meetings for Visitor Services staff.
Resolves visitor and member concerns promptly and escalate issues when needed to ensure timely resolution.
Trains new Visitor Services Associates and Sales Associates on membership sales strategies, service expectations, and Ticket Office procedures.
Provides clear, accurate, and timely written and verbal communication to internal teams.
Supports on-site operations, including opening and closing procedures, and assist at the Membership window during peak hours.
Benefits:
The expected hourly rate for this Los Angeles, CA based position is $27.00-$28.00, subject to change, and the position is eligible for LACMA's comprehensive benefits package, including pension plan.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Art History and/or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, in a high-touch customer service environment with a demonstrated knowledge of non-profit business practices, and a proven ability to provide effective, friendly, and outstanding customer service and training to colleagues or staff
Proven skills in membership software, preferably in Tessitura

We are looking for an ABA assistantsupervisor to provide direct services and supervision for our in-home, community, and school services using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Our ABA AssistantSupervisor is an experienced behavior therapist skilled at understanding client and student behavior and assisting in creating behavior support plans under the director of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, which facilitates success for the client. Provide direct care to clients in a home and community setting using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Be responsible for preventing and intervening with clients challenging behaviors.
Learn specialized behavior approaches and implement behavioral strategies under the guidance of a case supervisor/BCBA.
Attend any required training and staff meetings and complete all assigned readings.
Assist the Board Certified Behavior Analyst in providing case oversight to BT/RBT.
Effectively present complex information on behavior, behavioral assessment, and behavior plan implementation to staff.
Model effective behavioral interventions with parents, special education students, district staff, and administrators using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles in school and home applications.
Help to improve the clients communication skills, social skills, play skills, motor skills, self-help skills, school readiness skills, and self-management skills.

Work collaboratively with the clients parent, teacher, school psychologist, and other allied specialists to implement positive interventions.

In addition to the responsibilities above, as an ABA assistantsupervisor, you will also have the following responsibilities:
Schedule regular community visits with caregivers to review program effectiveness.
Provide parent training and education as needed.
Make observations, collect data, and chart progress.
Provide coaching and clinical support.
Review data and reports submitted by the direct care team and update ABS individualized programs to assure programs reflect each childs development and progress towards identified goals.
Keep office personnel updated with pertinent documentation for each child.
Understand and adhere to IDEA regulations in school settings.
You will need the following minimum qualifications to be considered:
Masters degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, or a related field.
Strong background in applying principles of ABA.
Background in trauma-focused evidence-based practices.
Be available part-time, 15-20 hours per week.
Experience working in or with schools.
Able to participate and complete mandatory Non-Violent Crisis Prevention/CPI training, utilize all aspects of this training in an instructional setting when necessary, and adhere to certification guidelines and restrictions.
Two years of experience working with students with special needs.
High proficiency in modern office technology, equipment, and procedures.
Can provide reliable transportation to and from cases (including sub-cases when cancellations occur).
Must clear a current background check.
A current TB Test (within the last six months).
COVID-19 Vaccination for in-school cases.
You must be willing to travel to and from the Long Beach, South Bay, and South Los Angeles areas.
