Position Summary
TRANZACT is looking for a hands-on data leader who thrives at the intersection of high-impact analytics, people development, and strategic influence to help shape the future of our data science organization by bringing deep technical mastery, a passion for mentorship, and a vision for what data can do when aligned with bold business goals.
As the Head of Data Science and Analytics (DSA), you will oversee and support advanced analytics projects that impact the entire sales funnel and touch all of our product categories. You'll drive delivery of a wide range of ML models and advanced analytics including predictive modeling, segmentation, lead scoring, marketing optimizations as well as crafting data stories and presentations of key findings to stakeholders.
Your primary role will be to put Data Science in the center of all our marketing and business decisions. To get there you need to have a deep understanding of data science marketing, what works, where to find leverage and how to build a team around driving best in class marketing outcomes. This is not a support role. While the marketing team may come to your team for help with certain analyses, your team's primary role is to find areas of opportunity for marketing to execute against.
The Responsibilities of the Head of Data Science & Analytics include:
Help develop DSA team's project and roadmap in line with business objectives and strategic opportunities.
Lead and oversee a team of (5) data scientists and analysts to deliver best-in-class impactful models and analysis.
Day-to-day collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand evolving business needs and develop effective analytics solutions and models.
Execute on a model strategy roadmap to continuously improve accuracy and functionality of models and business outcomes.
Drive data science initiatives to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency through personalization and effective targeting.

Qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field, and 8+ years of relevant experience.
Data Science experience within marketing. Needs to have done the following:
Attribution modeling
Audience segmentation, targeting and measurement. Experience within clean rooms a bonus

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $175,000 and above per year.
This role is also eligible to participate in the annual bonus program.

Who You'll Work With
The Investments Strategy Analyst role will be a key member of the Manager of Managers group working with both external and internal asset managers. This role is specifically focused on helping to manage over $100 billion in corporate credit and other non-structured fixed-income assets. The Investment Strategy Analyst will report into a team with wide-ranging responsibilities and as such, will have the opportunity to develop a diverse set of skills and experience while gaining significant visibility within the firm.
About the Role
As a member of the Manager of Managers team, the Investments Strategy Analyst will be responsible for fundamental credit analysis, relative value analysis, data aggregation and reporting in support of the team's responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Managing and executing public credit trade programs internally and in conjunction with third party managers
Analyzing and approving private credit investment opportunities
Providing investment strategy recommendations to the CIO group
Working with the Credit Risk Management team on evaluating and managing non-structured credit risk
Coverage responsibilities would include a mix of Corporate Credit (Financials, Industrials and Utilities), Municipal, Emerging Market and Sovereign Bonds across the Investment Grade and High Yield universe.
What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years' experience in Corporate Credit or equity analysis
Experience in financial statement analysis and modeling; working knowledge of macro-economics is a plus
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Excel is required; some programming knowledge is preferred; Bloomberg and Aladdin experience is preferred
Excellent communication skills (written and oral), a proven ability to convert data into useful information, and an ability to influence the investment process in a collaborative way
A self-starter who is inquisitive, hard-working, determined, detailed, flexible and capable of multi-tasking as well as working under tight deadlines
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,000 to $107,000 [NY, NJ] at the commencement of employment. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate's geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications.
In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan

About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Revenue Analyst with strong experience in Gross to Net accounting and pharmaceutical sales analytics. In this role you will track, analyze and review revenue performance, manage contract deductions, and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions. Responsibilities
Support month-end and quarter-end financial close related to revenue recognition (in accordance with IFRS) and relevant GL accounts.
Analyze gross revenue and compute gross-to-net adjustments including rebates, charge-backs, returns, allowances, discounts, etc.
Work with contract terms (commercial, distribution, payer) to assess revenue impact of rebates/discounts/chargebacks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including commercial operations, legal, and supply chain to ensure accurate revenue reporting.
Perform gross-to-net sales variance analysis and identify key drivers and trends.
Assist internal and external audit processes; maintain controls over revenue recognition, contract terms, deductions and data integrity.
Maintain and improve documentation, process flows, and standard operating procedures related to revenue analytics.
