Assist with the identification of bulk electric system transmission congestion within the PacifiCorp system, through analysis of real time market congestion information and offset charges. Promote a customer first culture and commit to delivering outstanding results for customers. Prepare key managerial performance reports associated with Real Time Market transmission reliability. Perform complex assignments lacking precedent and requiring creativity. Prepare regular reports, incident analyses, and post-event assessments to evaluate bulk electric system transmission performance, identify root causes of reliability issues, and recommend improvements to enhance grid resilience. Provide advice or functional direction and assume a lead role in the work group. Perform audits and inquiries; assess business issues and risks within the organization. Research and analyze complex data. Report on performance and develop alternatives and recommendations for improvement to management. Lead implementation of selected alternative to various analysis projects. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or other applicable fields; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 3 years of directly related experience in gathering, analysis, interpretation, trending, forecasting, and modeling skills. Working knowledge of SAP or similar systems. Project management skills including project leadership, task identification, scheduling, and cost/expenditure identification.
