Position Overview
Rockpoint is searching for Rising Juniors to participate in the 2026 Summer Analyst program. Summer Analysts will complete a comprehensive, 6-week rotational internship program to shadow our Boston-based investment and property management professionals with a focus on acquisitions and asset management. Covered topics will include investor relations, investment sourcing, analysis, due diligence, documentation, and asset management initiatives for potential and existing real estate investments in connection with Rockpoint's opportunistic and growth and income real estate investment programs.
In addition to participating in weekly training modules and completing self-directed study on real estate finance, the Summer Analyst will complete a comprehensive case study project during the internship, incorporating themes from all training modules.
